Basic about computers

Nowadays, many people use desktops, tablets, smartphones, notebooks and others and most of the time they do it without even having a basic notion of what a computer is, a tablet and a smartphone are nothing more than computers. To understand the basics, you need to know some concepts that any higher technology course covers right at the beginning of the course, they are: 

- Processor 

- Memory 

- Disk

- Bus 

These four concepts are the foundation for building the knowledge needed to understand the technology. 

There is also the topics hardware and software. Software is a program, and if you study operating systems you will see that a process is a running program. Software allows you to make the hardware functional or else the hardware would be just a few meaningless physical pieces, the software is the soul of a computer and the hardware is the body. In addition to knowing what is a processor, a memory, what is a disk and the bus, you will need to know what software "gives life" to these devices and you will also need to know at least the concept of how this software works, then we got into the subject of operating systems, operating system is what makes all that electronic equipment more than just a jumble of parts and wires and devices.

Understanding static routing

Understanding the routing process is essential for any professional who wants to work with networks so let's consider the initial scenario below. We are going to talk in this post about static routing, which is the basis for understanding dynamic routing, using protocols such as OSPF.       In the figure above we have three computers "PC1, PC2 and PC3" and we also have three routers "R1, R2 and R3". We will need to define five networks as shown in the image below.
